Budget and cosy room with a very misty window, good service. Accommodating staff always on hand. In the middle of the city, very convenient. Besides, easy to get to Coral Island Amusement Center.

Good entertainment every night. Brilliant location for everything.
The room was tiny and we felt very closed in. Nowhere to put siutcase after unpacking it as room was so small. Kept tripping up in room as there was barely enough room around the bed.Bar staff not very pleasant but owners were ok.

Really good value for money, better than expected for the price. Upon arrival, they didn't have double room I booked, so has given me even better option with no charge - double room with sea view. Rooms were clean and tidy
No internet access, no free parking spaces.

perfect base for exploring blackpool's charm and attractions
I booked here at the last minute and was impressed by how close it was to Coral Island and the Blackpool Tower, great to enjoy leisurely strolls to these iconic spots while also having the beach right at our doorstep, making our stay enjoyable with warm and cute service.

The Kenisington Hotel the room was far too small. The ceiling in the bathroom loked like it was going to come down at anytime, the beds were clean but the bed l had was up at one end and down at the other. The Location is great near the shops and nightlife. The waiter on the sat night was good.
